The world’s largest music store, located in Burgebrach, Bavaria, Germany. My experience with them arose out of desperation. I’d been trying to buy an instrument that was difficult to come by … spent almost five months going back and forth with several retailers, coming up empty every time.

I contacted Thomann. They had the instrument and offered it at a fair price. Shipping costs were high (about $70.00), but I wanted the instrument and was willing to bite the bullet on that matter.

Fast forward: Order in, relieved to FINALLY have this instrument pinned down. Email next morning, states the instrument had been packed for shipment & would be delivered to UPS that day.

NEXT DAY … received notice with Tracking Number with estimated delivery date of TWO DAYS.

Yes. Had the instrument on my front porch less than 60 hours after order. Had it in my hands five minutes after that. How in the heck did they do two-day delivery from Germany???

I love these guys, I trust them and seriously appreciate them. Strongly recommend Thomann Musik Store, though I realize most people may fletch at the $70 shipping cost.
